Payment Details

$500 per referral. Paid 90 days after your referral becomes an active client and hires staff. No cap on how many referrals you can make or how much you can earn. If you refer 20 businesses that hire, you earn $10,000.

  • Timing: We wait 90 days to ensure the client is satisfied and the placement is solid. This protects both of us.
  • Payment method: Bank transfer or PayPal, your choice.
  • Tracking: After you refer, you'll get a referral ID and access to a dashboard showing status (pending, active, or paid).
  • Multiple hires: If a single referral hires 3 staff members, you still earn $500 (not per hire, per referral company).

How much can I earn through the referral program?+
$500 per referral that becomes a client. No cap on earnings. If you refer 10 businesses that hire, you earn $5,000. There's no limit to how many referrals you can make.
When do I get paid?+
Payment is made 90 days after your referral becomes an active client. This ensures the client is satisfied and the relationship is solid. Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal.
Who qualifies as a referrer?+
Anyone can refer. Clients, partners, accountants, business coaches, realtors, insurance agents, and digital agencies all refer to us regularly. If you know a business that needs bilingual staff, you can refer them.
What if my referral doesn't work out?+
We don't penalize failed referrals. If a business signs up but doesn't hire within 90 days, you don't earn the $500. But if they do hire and then stop using us, you've already earned — the $500 doesn't get clawed back.
How do I track my referrals and earnings?+
After you submit a referral, you'll get an email confirmation with a referral ID. You can track the status in your referral dashboard (link sent via email). You'll see which referrals are pending, active, or paid.
