What we look for

Four things every placement requires. No exceptions.

Bilingual fluency
Strong conversational and professional fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken. Verified on a live call.
Reliable workspace
A quiet home office, stable internet, and availability during U.S. business hours (Mon to Fri).
Professional experience
At least 1 year in your field: admin, customer service, sales, dispatch, bookkeeping, or another specialty.
Commitment
Full-time, long-term positions (160 hrs/month). We're looking for people ready to grow with a U.S. client.
